General Terms and Conditions
On the Thalassa Attire Online Store
This website www.thalassaattire.com is owned and operated by Thalassa. The products offered on the site are sold by an individual. These “Terms and Conditions” govern the use of the site and the relationship between Thalassa (seller/seller as an individual) and customers (individuals) ordering products from the site or via Instagram.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before placing an order. By using the site, you agree to the terms described below.
1. Orders
Orders can be placed through the site’s online store or through the official Thalassa Instagram account. After placing an order, you will receive confirmation via email or private message. The order is considered accepted and the purchase and sale contract is concluded at the moment it is confirmed by Thalassa.
2. Prices and Payment
All prices are in Euro (EUR) and Bulgarian Lev (BGN) and include all applicable taxes. Payment is made by cash on delivery – the amount is paid to the courier upon receipt of the shipment. If the courier fails to deliver (lack of contact, wrong address, etc.), the order may be returned and/or canceled. In this case, the customer may incur additional shipping fees as appropriate.
3. Delivery
Deliveries are made by Econt or Speedy to an office or address specified by the customer. The delivery time is usually between 1 and 3 business days after order confirmation. The delivery cost is calculated according to the rates of the selected courier company and is at the customer's expense, unless otherwise stated.
4. Return and exchange
The customer has the right to return a purchased product within 14 calendar days of receipt. The product must be in its original condition, with a label and without traces of use. The return costs are at the expense of the customer. After receiving and examining the returned item, the amount will be refunded within 3 working days via cash on delivery. Returns of items that have been worn, damaged or without the original label are not accepted. The customer may refuse an order up to the moment it has been shipped. If the order has already been shipped, it is treated as a standard return case according to section 5.
5. Protection of personal data
When placing an order, it is required to provide a name, telephone number and delivery address. These data are used solely for the purpose of processing the order and are not shared with third parties, except for the courier companies making the delivery. Thalassa is not responsible for delays caused by third parties (e.g. courier). The seller is not responsible for errors in the address provided by the customer. In case of force majeure (unforeseen circumstances - natural disasters, blockades, etc.), the terms may be extended without prior notice.
6. Copyright
All photos, texts and visual materials on the website and social profiles of Thalassa are subject to copyright and cannot be copied or used without the express consent of the owner.
Changes to the rules:
Thalassa has the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes and are recommended to review the document periodically.
