Return and Exchange:
You can return any item purchased from thalassaattire.com within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, all items must be in their original condition, with original labels and packaging, without signs of use. Items with a damaged appearance, with a cut label or with missing original packaging will not be accepted.
Product return instructions:
Before returning a purchased item, please contact us at thalassaattire@gmail.com or call +359899858102 to notify us. A return form is included with each shipment, which must be completed. After meeting the return deadline and preparing your shipment, please send the shipment via courier (Econt Express, Speedy). Shipping is at the customer's expense.
Exchange:
Exchanges are only possible if you have purchased an item that is available in a different size or color. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the item you purchased and place a new order for the correct one.
